Playtime Compositions for Woodwinds
Playtime is a nine-track anthology of original works for woodwinds:
1. The Chase (flute, Bb clarinet, bassoon)
2. Enigma (flute, Bb clarinet, bassoon)
3. The Procession (flute, Bb clarinet, bassoon)
4. Playtime (woodwind quartet & piano)
5. Wait-A-Minute (solo Bb clarinet)
6. Lyric Glances (flute & alto flute)
7. Poignant Touch (flute & alto flute)
8. Dance (flute & alto flute)
9. Stirring of the Heart (violin, viola, double bass, oboe, Bb clarinet)
The Sylvan Winds performed the title Track 4, Playtime. All the other tracks are digital performances.

Of Playtime (Track 4) award-winning composer George Tsontakis called the work “charming.” It was premiered by the Sylvan Winds at a December 8, 2008 New York Composers Circle (NYCC) concert held at Baruch College New York City.
Independent Concert Reviewer, Mark W. Greenfest, described the three pieces for flute and alto flute (Tracks 6-8) as “. . . very French and sweet.”
And Dave Hall writing in “The Glass Blog” called the flute duets (Tracks 6-8) “. . .a delightful three-part work. . .it was quite lovely.”
