The documentary short tells the story of Marlow’s maternal family’s experience in Leipzig, Germany during November 9-10, 1938, when Nazis destroyed thousands of Jewish homes, businesses, and synagogues all over Germany and parts of Austria. According to historians this event marked the beginning of the Holocaust.
